Following up investigations initiated by Competition Authority and rendering legal representation and consultancy services before Competition Authority, obtaining required permissions from Competition Authority for mergers and acquisitions above the threshold within the scope of law no. 4054, pecuniary (punitive) damages cases due to violation of competition, evaluating vertical and horizontal contractual relations, providing consultancy on compliance of contracts with competition regulation and general competition law.
